The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

All financial transactions on the ph123 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph123 supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and select over-the-counter payment channels.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your ph123 account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account balance. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. ph123 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by ph123 within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days depending on your bank. ph123 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or violations of these Terms. In such cases, ph123 will notify the affected player and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

ph123 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all ph123 bonuses:

1. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ph123.

Any unauthorized use of ph123's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph123's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
